Most Orders are processed and shipped in 2-5 business days some orders may take up to 14 business days. All ITEMS SHIP FREE via UPS or FEDEX Ground. We are currently only shipping to the Contiguous 48 United States ONLY for FREE. Orders going to Alaska and Hawaii have an additional shipping charges. All orders are processed immediately and ship out in 5-7 business days other than items marked made to order or special order these items will ship out in 14-21 business days or less. We do not ship to APO/FPO Addresses, Puerto Rico or any other US Territories other than the Lower 48 US States and Alaska, Hawaii with an additional charge. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee!

Please read our policies to be familiar with our no hassle return policy. Unlike other wreath companies, we never charge a restocking fee for returns. Please don't be shy please leave us reviews on the products you purchase. And we ask you to send us your pictures of your wreaths and other decor so we can display them on our website.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 7-10 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3-5 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
